MPO and SRTPA DRAFT FY 2012 - 2015 Tranportation Improvement Programs

Bot the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Siouxland Regional Transportation Planning Association (SRTPA) are in the process of developing their FY 2012- 2015 Transportation Improvement Programs (TIP). The TIP is a four year listing of transportation projects which are funded using Fedearl transportation dollars; this includes interstate, highway and street improvements as well as trails and transti improvements. The Draft FY 212 - 2015 TIPs are now avilable for public comment.

The public comment period will end on June 24, 2011.

SIMPCO will be holding a public input meeting on June 21, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the SIMPCO office. The pubic is invited to come to the input meeting and view and comment on the draft TIPs
